Classes
The
classes are planned as a place of interaction and creativity, where
participants are true initiators of ideas and not just passive
trainees. The new managerial concepts are reviewed and also the
Japanese managerial approach and best practices are
introduced.
The lecturers are requested to fully recognize the Center’s
mission and devote themselves to contribute to the creation of new
business leaders. They are positioned as facilitators to inspire the
course takers for deriving the potential competencies.
Classes are offered on weekends, but active field studies, work shops,
group work, as well as independent studies are encouraged.
